What is a Traceable® Certificate?
Documentation of a multi-point calibration done on a corresponding unit. Assures accuracy from a ISO/IEC 17025:2005 (1750.01) calibration laboratory accredited by A2LA. It has traceability measurements to the SI units through NIST or other recognized national measurement institutes (NMI) that are signatories to the CIPM Mutual Recognition Agreement.
What does “Accuracy” mean for my Data Logger?
How close to being correct it is. The CDC recommends digital data loggers have an accuracy of +/-.5° C (+/-1° F) or better.
